What Club Dues is

Club Dues is software that helps clubs collect membership dues and keep a roster. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never hold, move, or have access to your club's money.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login (a magic link to your email) secure and for what the admins of your club do. Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't try to break, overload, or reverse- engineer it.

Payments and fees

There's no subscription or setup fee. We charge a 2% platform fee, which is added to each member's payment along with Stripe's standard processing fees — so your club receives the amount it sets. If we change our fees, we'll tell you first, and the change will only apply to new payments.

Payments go to your club

Funds from your members settle directly to your club's connected Stripe account. Refunds, disputes, and payouts are handled through Stripe under Stripe's terms, which you also agree to when you connect payouts.

No warranty; limited liability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it's provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the platform fees you have paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending the service

You can stop using Club Dues at any time and export your roster whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put members at risk.
