The short version
We store the roster your club needs to operate — member names, emails, and payment status. Stripe stores the actual payment details. We never sell your data or your members' data, and we never see card numbers.
What we store
- Treasurer/admin: your email and name, to sign you in.
- Members: name, email, optional phone, membership status, and paid- through date.
- A payment ledger (amounts and dates) mirrored from Stripe events, so your dashboard totals are accurate.
What Stripe stores
Card and bank details, and identity information for payout onboarding, are collected and stored by Stripe — not by us. We only receive references (like a customer or subscription ID) and payment outcomes.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent personal data. We don't use your members' emails for our own marketing. We don't touch, hold, or move your money.
We send transactional email (magic links, receipts, payment notices) and, for offline members, renewal reminders. Every non-transactional email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it.
Your choices
Admins can export or delete their club's roster. Members can manage or cancel their membership through a secure emailed link, and can unsubscribe from reminders at any time.
