A simpler Wild Apricot alternative for small clubs
Wild Apricot is a full membership suite. If you're paying for it just to collect dues and keep a member list, you're paying for a lot of features you never open. Here's how to switch to something focused and free.
What you actually need
Most small clubs need three things: a way for members to pay, a current roster, and reminders so renewals don't slip. Everything else — event registration, website builders, forums — is nice-to-have that you can add elsewhere later if you ever miss it.
Moving your roster over
- In Wild Apricot, export your contacts to a CSV.
- In Club Dues, open Import and drop the file in — we recognize Wild Apricot's columns and map them for you.
- Preview, then import. Existing members are updated, never overwritten.
What it costs
Club Dues is free — no monthly fee and no platform cut. Your club pays only Stripe's standard processing fee on each payment. For a small club, that's often a fraction of a monthly software subscription.
What you give up
To be honest: Club Dues does not do event registration, a member directory, or a website builder. It does dues and the roster, and it does them very well. If those are the parts of Wild Apricot you rely on, it's a great fit.
